The Harmonica Club of Greater Kansas City is a non-profit organization and enjoys playing harmonica music. Once a month the club meets and after a short business meeting, the members have a great time playing songs the rest of the evening. A few of the club members have formed a harmonica band called the Harmoneers. The group plays for a small fee, which helps offset club expenses. The group has performed for nursing and senior citizens homes, hospitals, barbeques, weddings, festivals, a private luncheon at the Argosy, and the Lewis and Clark Sign Dedication in PC, as well as others. They are looking forward to hosting the 2005 SPAH Convention August 16 - 20, 2005 |
